O P A C

An online public access catalog is an online database of materials held by a library. Users search a library catalog principally to locate books and other material available at a library. In simple language it is an electronic version of the card catalog. OPAC is the gateway to library's collection.

• OPAC provides the access to the VIT Library database.
• OPAC allows the users to know the library collection and the status of the library documents.
• OPAC allows the users to search the database by Title, Author, Call Number, Accession Numbers and Publisher of the document / book.
• User can access VIT OPAC through ECAP software.
